Hours Per Week: 40-hour/week
Hiring range: $ 53,186.00 - $69,773.60
The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.
  • Coordinates patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Participates in direct delivery of care depending on patient census. Completes patient evaluations and treatments as needed.
  • Directs Oversees, coordinates, and controls the admission, customer service representatives, and case management departments in accordance with the established policies and procedures and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; regulatory agencies; and third-party payers.
  • Responsible for working with the Human Resources Department in the hiring/interview/onboarding process. Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.
  • Trains, coaches, and evaluates assigned staff on performance expectations. Applies progressive discipline when appropriate. Participates in hiring and termination procedures.
  • Complete annual and probationary evaluations and required employee job competency documentation.
  • Responsible for managing the review and approval of the timekeeping system, including but not limited to, time off requests, and bi-weekly payroll sign-off. Responsible for managing staff meal breaks to be in compliance with NYS labor law.

Education, Training & Experience:  Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Master’s degree and licensure preferred

One or more of the following preferred:
• Social Worker credentialed from the New York Board of Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the New York Board of Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer
date.
• Counselor obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. 

• Psychologist credentialed from the New York Board of Psychology obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
