Hours Per Week: 40-hour/week
Hiring range: $83,699.20-$108,825.60
The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for self and within Develops and implements policies and procedures to guarantee efficient and effective delivery of health services.
- Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
- Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care services for the assigned unit(s).
- Assures resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate.
- Monitors and adheres to approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Required Credential(s):
- BLS Provider obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing with experience.
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience
- 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
