Nurse Assistant - MS3W

Base Pay: $17.85 - $19.04 / Hour

Job Purpose: The nurse's assistant provides basic nursing care to patients, transports patients within the hospital, and monitors a safe and clean environment in order to assist nursing and medical personnel in the routine care of patients and the organization of the nursing unit taking into account the individual patient's age-specific needs.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent education. Employee is trained and prepared to care for the age-specific groups which include neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: None at start. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support certification (BLS) within the first three (3) months of transfer or hire.
Experience: Nurse Assistant Certification or previous experience in a health care setting preferred. Position will require holiday and weekend rotation
