Description
Job Purpose: The purpose of this job is to provide technical physical therapy services in accordance with patient care plans, department policies and procedures and within the scope of practice for Physical Therapy Assistants taking into account the individual patient's special physical or age-related needs.
Education: Possess Associate degree in Physical Therapy.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Possess a New York State license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Experience: Possess no prior experience.
Full-time Sign On Bonus $5,000.00
