What does an Appointment Clerk do?

An Appointment Clerk works closely with health care providers and ensures that each person we support receives the medical care they deserve in a respectful and dignified manner. They will ensure that appointments are scheduled and the people we support arrive at their appointments in a safe and timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Valid NYS Driver's License with 2 years of experience
