What does an Administrative Assistant in Employment Resources do?

The Administrative Assistant (AA) is responsible for the safeguarding and confidentiality of all records, files, and other reports pertaining to the Employment Resources program. The AA is also responsible for typing, dictation and filing as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Associate's degree in Secretarial Sciences or Business Administration preferred.
  • Strong computer, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
  • 3 years of related experience as an Administrative Assistant preferred.
