Camp Counselor Supervisor
The Nigra Arts Center is Searching for a Camp Counselor Supervisor!
The Camp Counselor Supervisor will conduct and assist with the organization and promotion of recreational activities such as arts and crafts, sports, games, music, dramatics, social recreation, camping, and hobbies, while taking into account the needs and interests of individual campers.
The Camp Counselor Supervisor works in coordination with the class Instructors under the supervision of the Director of the Nigra Arts Center. The counselor supervisor will receive training at the art center in providing services, emergency oversight plans, and the communication process.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A reference letter of character from a teacher or other professional is required for consideration.
- Must be enthusiastic, driven, hard-working, and have a desire to work with children between the ages of 5 and 15.
- Must complete the provided training and coaching/mentoring curriculum.
- Not authorized to work in any other Lexington program.
