LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse
What does a Licensed Practical Nurse do?
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for monitoring the people we support in our medical frail homes as it relates to health, self-care and personal hygiene needs. This position will assist with hands on direct support as well administering medications and performing routine hospital check ins for the people we support.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed and registered LPN by New York Education Department
- Valid NYS Driver's License
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various worksites is required
- Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred
