Weekend Support Specialist

Our Weekend Support Specialists commit to 24 hours of work per weekend. We provide flexibility in schedules to meet your needs. Hourly pay is between $22.25-$23.44 depending on the shifts worked.
Your role is critical to our weekend management team as they ensure exemplary care and support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will work to increase the independence and personal growth of the people we support, always finding ways to help them reach their full potential. You will assist in implementing meaningful and fun activities such as arts and crafts, music, light fitness, games, gardening, community activities and so much more. You might also assist with meal preparation, medication administration and personal care. We are looking for talented individuals who share our philosophy of a nurturing environment and dedication to helping the people we support live their best lives.
This position is eligible for 401(k) participation including a company match, paid NYS sick and safe leave, and FREE telemedicine for you and qualifying family members.
