Registered Nurse Manager

Registered Nurse Manager duties:

Full Time Salaried position 40 hours/wk.

Monday thru Friday with rotation of on call scheduled weekends (one weekend every 6-7 weekends)

Position is part of our Management Team.

Responsible for a 40 bed unit

Registered Nurse Manager Requirements:

• RN license and CPR certification

Preferred :

• Leadership experience in a LTC setting, previous Manager, Supervisory experience
• specific knowledge of Gerontology
• strong clinical and assessment skills
• MDS & RUGs experience a plus
• knowledge of State and Federal Survey Processes.
• ability to organize and manage nursing personnel.
