Compensation
Up to $42.00 per hour
We are looking for an energetic individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse Clinical Liaison. Capstone Center for Rehabilitation is a 120 skilled nursing facility located in Amsterdam, NY.
Hours- Monday through Friday with on-call weekend rotation every 6-7 weeks !
- Responsible for overseeing the Wound Care Measures
- Responsible for overseeing the infection control program
- Communicate changes in residents' conditions to IDT and other partners as appropriate
- Participate in the on-call rotation with other nursing supervisors
- Flexible working hours
- Attend Quality Measures meeting and report on applicable information
- Attend and prepare for weekly Case Management meetings
- Includes but not limited to items listed on Registered Nurse Job Description
- Ability to educate partners by conducting in-services and one on one learning
- Ability to investigate, track and trend identified areas of opportunities
- Develop action plans for areas of needed improvement
- Provide partner support and coaching
- Passion for wound care and healing residents
- Passion for infection control measures
Requirements
- Current NYS Registered Nurse license required
- Excellent physical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
