Broadalbin-Perth Central School District is accepting applications for a full-time Custodial Worker. This is a 12-month position starting at $17.53 per hour. The successful candidate will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

About the Position:

Custodial Workers are responsible for performing routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks in school buildings and facilities. This includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, restocking supplies, and setting up spaces for events when needed.

This is a full-time position, with the possibility of evening or weekend hours as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior experience in custodial, janitorial, or maintenance work is preferred but not required.

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Dependability and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
