Pay $60k - $80k depending on experience and job performance. • Assists Parts Manager to ensure excellent service standards and maintains high customer satisfaction Responsible to assist in hiring and supervising all parts department personnel, as well as monitoring the performance of all parts department staff Responsible for maintaining own goals and objectives and meeting minimum requirements outlined by upper management Assists Parts Manager with creating goals and objectives for the department With the Parts Manager responsible for overseeing an annual operation budget for the Parts Department Collaborates with the Service Department and wholesale account representative(s) to ensure inventory is available when needed Determines accurate inventory levels while ensuring periodic parts turnover Responsible for maintaining an orderly workplace Follows company safety procedures and policies

• Previous GM Parts experience with Dealership Previous Wholesale Parts experience High School Diploma or GED. Technical or Trade school courses or degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous CDK experience Valid Drivers License
