Have you ever heard of molecular gastronomy? In short, it is food science where culinary experts find a way to elevate your dining experience. For this class, we will learn how simple it is to turn a delicious aged balsamic vinegar into tiny pearls that look like caviar. After class, we will enjoy a delightful caprese salad with our pearl garnish. In addition, small containers will be available for you to take some home to share.
