Speech-Language Pathologist (Home Health Care)
Part-Time (3 days a week)
Salary: 52,000-55,000
What you will do:
- Performs assessments and treatments in the home for communication disorders, assisting the patient in attaining maximal communication skills
- Provides physician directed therapy services in the home by evaluating patient needs and establishing a goal directed plan of care
- Document assessment and care delivery in a professional manner in accordance with policy
- Communicate patient care concerns with attending physician and Direct of Patient Services in a timely manner
Ideal Candidate:
- Current license as Speech Pathologist in NYS
- Masters Degree Required
- Home Health Care experience is a plus
- Holder of certificate of clinical competency preferred, but will consider clinical fellowship year candidate
