Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
The purpose of this job is to implement the Occupational Therapy Programs and services under the guidance of a Licensed Occupational Therapist, in accordance with policies and procedure and within the scope of practice of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, taking into account the individual resident’s special physical or age-related needs.
Education: Possess an associate’s degree in occupational therapy and certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant by the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapists (NBCOT). Employee is trained and prepared to care for the age-specific group served.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Possess a Certification by the National Board of Certification of Occupational Therapists (NBCOT).
Experience: Possess no prior experience.
Preferred: One (1) year prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred
Status: Casual – 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $23.21/Hour
