The Assistant Principal will support the principal in the daily operations, including student discipline, staff support, curriculum development and scheduling, budget management, and other administrative tasks. The Assistant Principal will interact with students, staff and parents to foster a positive school climate.
The Assistant Principal should be an effective communicator, both verbal and written, a creative problem solver, and someone who is actively engaged in the school community. The ideal candidate will have an ability to build strong, respectful relationships with students, staff, families, and community members, and show a deep commitment in engaging students in a robust academic and extracurricular program.
