Parts Department Shipper/Receiver
Mangino Chevrolet is currently seeking a motivated Entry Level Parts Shipper/Receiver to join our team. Great opportunity for an entry level Parts position with our continually growing wholesale parts department.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Early morning hours required
- Parts department experience a plus
- Shipping /receiving experience preferred
- Organized and ambitious self-starter
- Computer literacy
- Prompt & courteous
- Delivers parts to technicians when needed.
- Ensures that areas of the parts department are properly stocked.
- Picks up and/or delivers parts to designated accounts when instructed by the parts or service departments.
- Assists the service department by moving vehicles as needed and delivering vehicles to other repair facilities for sublet repairs.
- Running parts to technicians in shop.
- Assisting with shipping and receiving.
- Assisting with inventory.
- Assisting parts advisors with selecting parts for shop or retail customers
- Good verbal and written communication skill, can effectively interact with team members, managers, customers, vendors, and personnel at all levels of the organization
- Must be a team player who can work well with others to improve work processes
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills; can gather relevant data to shape goals and objectives
- Must be an independent worker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong time management skills; can prioritize workload to meet objectives
- Other duties as assigned.
Successful candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to maintain a professional image and demeanor in a fast paced environment.
