Saratoga Arts Presents: Pint-n-Print: Gelli Plate Printing at the Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs
Pint 'N Print: Gelli Plate with Christian Wechgelaer Come enjoy a fun evening where you can try out printmaking! This event is an informal activity where you will learn gelli plate printing. Gelli plates is a type of unique printing that doesn't require a printing press! We will use textures, stencils, and acrylic paint pens to create unique, layered prints on paper. All materials and tools will be provided for the class. This class is being hosted at Bookmakers at the Holiday Inn, 232 Broadway, Saratoga Springs Must be 21+ to register. Thanksgiving Pie, Anyone? Pastel Painting with Cheryl Bielli, Instructor at Paul Nigra Center
Pay tribute to Thanksgiving with this fun pastel painting! In this tribute to Wayne Thibaud?s paintings of desserts ? and Thanksgiving feasts everywhere ? participants will create a fun pastel painting of their favorite pie slice ? a la mode or not. Pastels blend easily and students will learn how to add layers of increasing detail, even those yummy reflections from the pie filling! *Members receive a 20% discount.
