Farmhouse Landscape Painting (2 Part Class) with Jake Willwerth, Instructor at Paul Nigra Center
Paint landscapes perfect for the end of fall. Farmhouse Landscape Paintings Thursdays, November 13 and 20 10:00-11:30 a.m. Art Studio 2 Cost*: $60 - pre-registration required In this class, students will work on making homestyle landscape paintings of farmhouses, barns, silos and other rural scenes. This is a chance to practice your skills with depth and colors as well as work with nature, creating a still image of farm life. *Members receive a 20% discount. Turkey in Barnyard Ink & Watercolor with Cheryl Bielli, Instructor at Paul Nigra Center
Paint a beautiful turkey in celebration of Thanksgiving! Try your hand at a pen and ink drawing of a turkey reminiscent of the style of John J. Audubon. Participants will be given a pencil template of the layout, then explore patterning and shading with ink before finishing with watercolor accents. Lots of potential for seasonal touches for either Thanksgiving or Christmas or even a message in the upper right corner. Approximately 8x10.? *Members receive a 20% discount.
