Kid's Saturday Yoga with Courtney Wood at Paul Nigra Center
Join Courtney Wood during the first week of spring to celebrate the change of seasons! Class will be Saturday, 3/23, from 10:00am-11:00am and will consist of: -A spring and Easter themed yoga practice -Spring intention setting -A mindfulness story -A self growth and/or coloring activity (age appropriate choices will be given) -A take home snack Join Courtney Wood for a fun kid yoga class! Valentines Cocktail & Dessert Pairing at Second Act Spirits
We are offering 4 mini (4oz) cocktails each with a small dessert pairing such as chocolates, mini cupcake, macarons. These will be offered between 4:30pm-7:30pm.
