This 60-minute vinyasa yoga flow will connect breath to movement starting from the ground up and leave you feeling calm, relaxed and ready for the day ahead. Sushi Making | Andrew Dench, instructor Tuesday, February 27 5:30-7:00 p.m. Teaching Kitchen Cost*: $35 Having traveled well beyond Japan, sushi is an immediate crowd pleaser. This class offers three popular variations found in the states: chicken teriyaki, deep-fried dragon tofu and the ever-popular chili crab. Students will get hands-on experience in the cooking, rolling methods, presentation and tasting of quality sushi they'll be proud to make themselves at home.
