Make sure to get your tickets at the Amsterdam Free Library, Fort Hunter Free Library, Frothingham Free Library, Horace J Inman Senior Citizens Center, Montgomery County Office for Aging, Inc. or from any Amsterdam Rotarian! ? Kid's Valentine Saturday Yoga with Courtney Woods at Paul Nigra Center
Kid's Saturday Yoga | Courtney Wood, instructor Saturday, February 10 1 0:00-11:00 a.m. Cost: $12 non-member | $9.60 member Kids join Courtney Wood for this Valentine's Day them Yoga, for a heart opening yoga class for kids! Class will be Saturday, 2/10/24, from 10:00am-11:00am and will consist of: -A Valentines themed yoga practice -Self affirmations to build confidence & esteem -A mindfulness story -A kindness activity (age appropriate choices will be given) -A take home snack This class is open to children 3 and up. Space is limited. *Members receive a 20% discount. Don't forget to enter the code at checkout! This two act musical evening will include such hits as ?Love is a Many Splendored Thing?, ?I Wanna Know What Love Is?, ?My Heart Will Go On?, ?How Will I Know?? and more! Donna Tritico Band (performing 4:30-6:30pm). Music all day and night: Soul Sky, Insolent Willies, and Stretching The Truth for Nick Stoner Inn Wintertime Blues Festival and Valentines Day Celebration. Tickets to this all day Blues Festival will include a delicious buffet filled with a variety of favorite dishes for everyone and ALL day long, and into the night music. The cost per ticket will be $45, which includes all day music and buffet. Definitely an amazing event!
