Mindful Camera with Paul Sunday, Instructor at Paul Nigra Center

Mindfulness co-mingled with your love of photography! Learn a meditative approach to making art with your camera in a beginner-friendly environment. Any image capture device will work, including your phone. Weather permitting, we will work outside for a portion of the class. Participants should dress for the outdoors and wear appropriate foot gear. A yoga mat or meditation cushion could be helpful, but is not required.

This class is offered three times this month, on February 3, 10 and 18. Students may sign up for one individual session or take all three to develop their skills further. Taking all three sessions is optional but recommended.
