The Kyle Athayde Dance Party is a powerhouse big band dedicated to creating and performing fun, exciting, and original music. Led by composer and multi-instrumentalist Kyle Athayde, the band draws inspiration from a wide array of sources—video games, internet memes, jazz and classical masterworks, nature, Japanese anime, and an eclectic mix of Swing, Latin, Hip-Hop, and Rock grooves. Whether performing original compositions or Kyle’s inventive arrangements of popular songs, the Dance Party delivers high-energy performances that captivate audiences. Beyond the stage, the band is deeply committed to education, conducting outreach clinics, performances, and festivals across the country to inspire the next generation of musicians.
