2026 Nigra Arts Center NYS Summer Art Show
The Paul Nigra Center for Creative arts Presents it's 11th annual New York State summer Art Show, celebrating the work of artists from across New York. This exhibition includes over 120 pieces in a variety of media by more than 60 New York Artists.
Montgomery County Youth Day
Village o Fonda Park next to the montgomery county annex building 20 park street, fonda NY. Free lunch for youth atendees, served 11am to 1pm. Enjoy bounce houses, rock wall, karaoke competitions, inflatable slides, police & fire demos, bike raffles, ice cream, and so much more! Everyone must sign in at registration. Rain date is july 15th Start counting down the days until one of the most fun activities of the summer! Child's Play Indoor Playground at Gloversville Public Library
Drop-in from 2 PM-3:30 PM! Explore our indoor soft play zone with your children ages 18 months-5 years old! Available every Tuesday. Please note that while this is a drop-in event, we reserve the right to manage attendance as needed for safety.
Johnstown Farmers' Market
Join local farmers, artisans, and vendors every Tuesday from June through October, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at Briggs Street & Jansen Avenue in the Johnstown Recreational Park. Blown Glass Ornament Workshop
🔥 We are excited to announce the first in a series of classes we?re offering in partnership with The Studio for Art and Craft in the coming months: Blown Glass Ornaments! On Tuesday, July 14, we will welcome a guest instructor from The Studio for Art and Craft to teach students all about the art of glass blowing as they heat, shape and decorate their own unique ornaments. No experience required! Light refreshments will be served and each student will make 2-3 ornaments, with the option to purchase a stand to display them. Two sessions of this class will be offered, at 6-7 p.m. and 7-8 p.m. on July 14. Spots are limited in each time slot.
