Kids join Courtney Wood for this Valentine's Day them Yoga, for a heart opening yoga class for kids! Class will be Saturday, 2/10/24, from 10:00am-11:00am and will consist of:

-A Valentines themed yoga practice

-Self affirmations to build confidence & esteem

-A mindfulness story

-A kindness activity (age appropriate choices will be given)

-A take home snack

This class is open to children 3 and up.
