Will train on first shift for minimum of 4 weeks

Rate includes $2.00 differential

Summary:

Performs a variety of bench assembly operations to produce medical devices such as epidural catheters, pain management needles and other various devices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – including but not limited to:

  • Cleaning in process product at specified points in the manufacturing flow by following specified Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Follow specification drawings per product or component by measuring accurately using ruler, micrometer, and/or calipers. Handle tools in such a manner as not to affect the calibration of each.
  • Bolts, clips, screws, tack welds, or otherwise fastens manufacturing components together as instructed per Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Operates manufacturing equipment, such as welder, electro-polisher, industrial oven, heat sealer, molding machine, and others, to perform duties essential to the manufacturing process.
  • Package products by bagging, boxing and labeling as instructed.
  • Works independently at various stations throughout the manufacturing process, while practicing good housekeeping and showing responsibility for one’s own workspace.
  • Records production quantities and time on a daily basis.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
