Looking for a Personal Trainer to join our Team!!
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of body mechanics, program design, with the ability to inspire and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals. As a team member you will work with the team to provide a high value experience for our members.
Responsibilities
- Be able to lead, motivate and educate!
- Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics to ensure client safety and effectiveness during workouts.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as needed to optimize results.
- Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere within the gym.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fitness trends, techniques, and best practices through continuous education.
- Be willing to arrive early to be prepared to coach the class.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, body mechanics, and program design principles.
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization is preferred.
- Experience in leading group fitness classes is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients of all fitness levels.
- A passion for health and fitness with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

- personal training: 1 year (Preferred)
- Olympic weightlifting & powerlifting: 1 year (Required)
