Right now we are looking to fulfill two unique color-centric positions.

Color Matching and Tipping.

Color Matching requires a love of color, attention to detail, and passion for quality.
This job entails getting color requests from our customers, then crafting the perfect color formula to recreate that color exactly. It is hands-on, using your eyes and skills to mix colors and using cutting-edge computer technology to perfect the formula.

Tipping takes those perfected colors and puts them right in your hand. This job puts the craft of leather at your fingertips through the use of various tools and brushes to essentially paint color onto the top layer of the leather. Crafting to exacting standards through multiple hand-driven techniques, Tippers literally hand craft the final look of the leather.

Qualifications

We offer on the job training, but are looking for people with experience and passion for these roles.

• Color mixing, painting, color related work or similar experience is a plus
• A passion for crafting to the highest possible quality
• Experience in manufacturing and machining processes
• Basic math skills and understanding of quality control processes
• Must pass a color test to be considered

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
