1st Shift Production

Our First Shift Production positions are made up of several teams each taking part in our production.  We love to match people with their interests. These teams work with color, design, production, finishing, inspecting, and shipping.  At Townsend, we offer state of the art training.  We hire with the goal of giving our production force the opportunity to learn from all parts of the production floor and all pieces of the process. Pay Rate:  $15.50 per hour to start for 1st shift       $16.00 per hour to start 2nd shift
