Senior Citizens Service Center – Cook NY1533741 (Gloversville, NY)
General Information:
•$16.00 hourly, part-time.
•This position entails cooking breakfast for 25 seniors plus or minus 10 people on Saturday mornings and cooking lunch for 30 seniors plus or minus 10 people on Wednesdays.
•Will work 8 am - 10:30 on Saturdays and 8 am - 1:30 pm on Wednesdays.
•Will be responsible for planning menus with the board; cooking, serving, and cleaning/sanitizing the dishes.
•Must adhere to NYS Health and Safety regulations at all times.
•Breakfasts usually consist of pancakes, eggs, toast, breakfast meats, and beverages.
•Lunches are usually a soup and sub sandwich or a hot lunch such as chicken alfredo, peas, and bread/roll (use of jarred sauces).
Qualifications:
•Must have a valid NYS driver’s license.
