Job Description:
The Mayfield Central School District, located near the Great Sacandaga Lake and approximately 40 miles northwest of the Capital District, is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) tenure track Librarian with an immediate start for the 2023-2024 school year.
Candidates for this position must possess, at least, a Bachelor's degree (Masters degree preferred), and a valid New York State certification in Library Media Specialist. Certification in English Language Arts 7-12 will also be accepted.
Applications must include resume with cover letter, copies of unofficial transcripts, copy of NYS certification (or printout from TEACH showing certification), and three reference letters.
