What we’re after:
- Strong carpentry skills—reading plans, measuring, cutting, and assembling with accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Own basic hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
Pay & Growth:
- $25–$40 per hour based on experience
