Summer Interns/Volunteers

Are you a college student or recent graduate looking for a meaningful and hands-on summer work experience? Or maybe you know someone who is! Caroga Arts Collective is hiring summer interns for the 2025 Caroga Lake Music Festival! Interns will have the unique opportunity to work behind the scenes at an award-winning festival, showcasing world-class artists in the stunning Southern Adirondacks.

The Caroga Lake Music Festival is renowned for its diverse range of musical genres. This summer internship is a perfect chance for young adults with an interest in the performing arts to gain practical, professional experience in the arts and event management.

• Festival Management Intern

• Audio-Visual and Lighting Intern

• Audio-Visual and Lighting Coordinator

Interns will work directly with our team to assist in organizing and managing the festival, while learning valuable skills in festival operations and production.
