ACCOUNT CLERK

Fulton County Dept. of Solid Waste

 

Performs standard account keeping practices in maintaining and checking financial accounts and records.

Reviews a variety of documents such as claim forms, vouchers, invoices and purchase orders to verify accuracy of payment made.

Prepares simple financial or statistical reports from data entered, including status of accounts, current balances, cash received or paid.

Prepares and checks payroll data.

Operates calculator, computer and other related office equipment.

Answers telephone, takes messages, provides information or makes appropriate referrals to staff members.

Scale House rotation coverage.

 

Salary - $20.71/hr

Monday - Friday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
