Fenimore Blues Concert Presented by Sacandaga Valley Arts Network
Sponsored by: The Local Dining & Spirits The closing act for our 2026 season. Fenimore Blues is the perfect crescendo. Fenimore Blues, (NOT just a ?blues band?) perform all kinds of eclectic music with a mix of Rock, Pop, New Orleans, Country, R&B, and some popular Rock-a-Billy Blues tunes. The powerful soulful vocals of Sherian Nolan are backed by musicians on guitar, keyboards, saxophone, bass, and drums, with one band member doubling on accordion. This combination enables the group to perform a range of styles and a varied repertoire, drawing on music notables from Bonnie Raitt to Aretha Franklin, the Neville Brothers to the Allman Brothers, Tom Petty, Rolling Stones, Linda Ronstadt to Etta James, Santana to Tedeschi Trucks. Fenimore Blues performs regularly at upstate NY festivals, concert series, and at area pubs and restaurants particularly in the Saratoga Springs and Adirondack Park Region. The band?s summer schedule has included several outdoor Summer concert series Bolton Town Park, Long Lake, Indian Lake, Saranac Lake, Wilton, NY Gavin Park, Ballston Spa, Gloversville, Congress Park in Saratoga Springs, and many other local venues such as the Carson?s Woodside Tavern, Dock Browns and The Parting Glass.
