This session will highlight what to expect after diagnosis and outline practical next steps for planning care, accessing resources, and building support. This panel will share real-life experiences and practical guidance on bringing home care services into the home. Panelists: Kym Hance, CMC, from Herzog Law Jennifer Harvey, MSW, from Touching Hearts Jody Dayter, Volunteer from Alzheimer's at Home Association 2:00 - 3:00 PM: Recognize, Reset, Recharge: Strategies to Prevent Burnout Our final session will help caregivers identify signs of stress and burnout, and provide practical strategies for managing their emotional, physical, and mental well-being.
