Simply Yoga By Colleen at Purple Glass Healing Arts
These classes are wellness-based, staying true to the tradition of Viniyoga. Class instruction is focused on using movement and breath to reduce muscle tension and stress, while strengthening weaknesses, bringing both balance and self-awareness to the participant. Individual modifications will be made as needed for participants in each class.

Annual Elizabeth Cady Stanton Metting and Walking Tour at the Sunflower Shoppe
We invite you to join us for our Annual Meeting at thr Sunflower Shoppe on Tuesday, May 12th at 5 pm. We will have light refreshments starting at 5 and will be honoring this year's Exceptional Women with flowers. The meeting itself will cover highlights and accomplishments of the past year amongst other topics. At 6pm, we invite anyone interested to join us for the ECS Walking Tour. We hope yo see you there!
Pint 'N Print: Tetra Pak Intaglio with Saratoga Arts
Come enjoy a fun evening where you can try out printmaking! This event is an informal activity where you will learn the basics of Tetra Pak intaglio. Reusing tetra pak package (think the containers chicken stock comes in!) we will scratch and cut into the surface to draw an image. Then we will card and wipe ink onto the plate. Finally, we will put it through the printing press to reveal our prints! All materials and tools will be provided for the class. BYOB! Feel free to bring a drink of your choice to the class. $32 member/$40 non-member
