Aquafit for Arthritis - Aqua Aerobics at Fulton County YMCA
Gentle, water classes designed to reduce joint pain, improve flexibility, and support everyday movement. These low-impact workouts use the natural buoyancy and resistance of water to help you move comfortably, build strength, and enjoy greater mobility This class combines all elements of the Aquafit workout creating exciting choreographies. A real boost of energy! All fitness levels are welcome.
Thrift Store Open at First Presbyterian Church of Johnstown
The Church Thrift store is open the 1st Saturday of every month, as well as every Thursday and Friday from 9am to 1pm. All are welcome.
Winter Tours at Johnson Hall State Historic Site
Tours at 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm While the cold might be slowing some things down, here at Johnson Hall we're excited to kick off our Winter Tours!
