Gentle, water classes designed to reduce joint pain, improve flexibility, and support everyday movement. These low-impact workouts use the natural buoyancy and resistance of water to help you move comfortably, build strength, and enjoy greater mobility This class combines all elements of the Aquafit workout creating exciting choreographies. A real boost of energy! All fitness levels are welcome.

It?s love, for sure, but nearly everyone objects to the union in one way or another, including Gina Carbonara, Nico?s overbearing chain-smoking mother, and several women from Nico?s past. Set in the 1990?s, this highly comedic and nostalgic murder mystery is presented as ?wedding theatre?: purchase your ticket to be a part of the festivities as a guest of the Carbonaras or the Asters!
