Tumbling at Fulton County YMCA
Roll into our tumbling class, children will build strength, balance, and coordination while learning the fundamentals of tumbling in a fun and supportive environment. Students will practice basic skills like jumping, rolling, handstands, and cartwheels using equipment such as mats, beams, bars, and trampolines. The class also focuses on body awareness, gross motor development, and following directions, while encouraging confidence, cooperation, and social skills like taking turns and completing circuits. Leaders Club at Fulton County YMCA
The YMCA Leaders Club is the premier development program for teens serious about making a difference, blending intensive leadership training with practical civic engagement. Members delve into service projects and skill-building activities that provide the foundational knowledge and experience necessary to excel in programs like Youth and Government. By mastering decision-making, public speaking, and community service ethics in Leaders Club, participants are fully prepared for the YAG legislative and judicial experience. Gentle, water classes designed to reduce joint pain, improve flexibility, and support everyday movement. These low-impact workouts use the natural buoyancy and resistance of water to help you move comfortably, build strength, and enjoy greater mobility Developed by Izumi Tabata this workout (offered both in the pool and in the Group Exercise schedule) is a high intensity interval training that consists in rounds, each lasting from 20 or more seconds of high intensity exercises followed by a brief rest. The structure is designed to maximize calorie burn and improve resistance.
A Year of Celebration: Card-Making Series at Fulton County YMCA
Join us for a fun and creative 8-week journey into the art of handmade cards. Each week focuses on a new theme as you design four cards that fit life's most meaningful moments, birthdays, thank-yous, congratulations, sympathy, holidays, and more. We start by crafting a personalized keepsake box, then fill it with beautifully made cards using simple techniques like layering, stamping, and embellishing. This relaxed, social class is perfect for beginners and seasoned crafters alike. Come unwind, get inspired, and leave with a full set of heartfelt cards you'll be proud to share. Supplies included. Prospective Student Nights at HFM PTECH
Our Prospective Student Nights are an opportunity for students interested in the PTECH program to come check out all we have to offer! Students and their families are invited to learn about our innovative program that offers real-world experiences and focuses on collaborative, hands-on learning in a space where students take the lead role in their learning. And best of all - students earn a 2-year college degree AT NO COST to their families. Any student interested in applying to PTECH for the 2026-27 school year is encouraged to attend one of our Prospective Student Nights and hear more about what makes PTECH so special. Men's Basketball League at Fulton County YMCA
Stay active, compete, and have fun in our Men's Basketball League! Players will enjoy organized games in a friendly yet competitive environment that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and fitness. Teams play weekly games with referees provided, and standings are tracked throughout the season leading up to playoffs. 13-week season.
