Aquafit for Arthritis - Aqua Circuit at Fulton County YMCA
Gentle, water classes designed to reduce joint pain, improve flexibility, and support everyday movement. These low-impact workouts use the natural buoyancy and resistance of water to help you move comfortably, build strength, and enjoy greater mobility A structured aquatic fitness class that combines cardio, muscle conditioning and core training. Each session typically includes stations customized based on equipment and fitness.
Story Hour Tuesday at Frothingham Free Library
A different theme is offered each week, with new books, crafts and fun! This is a great way to introduce your kids to the library! Come on in and see what's new at your library!
Upcycled Art at Fulton County YMCA
Kids will learn how to turn everyday items into creative treasures using paint, glue, imagination, and a little classic resourcefulness. Each week they'll transform something ordinary into something totally their own while practicing problem solving and creativity. It's hands-on it's fun, and it teaches them the timeless lesson that you don't always need something new to make something amazing. They'll head home proud with a different upcycled creation each week. Ages 9-12, Tuesdays, 3PM Member $55 / Non-Member $110
Soccer (Youth) at Fulton County YMCA
Come have fun and learn soccer skills in an encouraging environment! Soccer is a fantastic way to introduce kids to the world of soccer while building teamwork, coordination, and confidence. With a focus on skill development and sportsmanship, your child will thrive while learning the fundamentals of the game. All skill levels are welcome! Job Shadow at Fulton County YMCA
​Discover the inner workings of the Y with our teen Job Shadow program, an immersive 8-week experience designed to build real-world professional skills. Meeting for just one hour each week, participants will rotate through a new department every session to gain first-hand knowledge of different staff roles and workplace expectations. This unique opportunity allows teens to explore diverse career paths while learning exactly what it takes to operate a successful community organization. Prospective Student Nights at HFM PTECH
Our Prospective Student Nights are an opportunity for students interested in the PTECH program to come check out all we have to offer! Students and their families are invited to learn about our innovative program that offers real-world experiences and focuses on collaborative, hands-on learning in a space where students take the lead role in their learning. And best of all - students earn a 2-year college degree AT NO COST to their families. Any student interested in applying to PTECH for the 2026-27 school year is encouraged to attend one of our Prospective Student Nights and hear more about what makes PTECH so special. Stay active, compete, and have fun in our Women's Basketball League! Players will enjoy organized games in a friendly yet competitive environment that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and fitness. Teams play weekly games with referees provided, and standings are tracked throughout the season leading up to playoffs. 13-week season.
