Summer Kids' Art Program Week 2: STEAM at Paul Nigra Center
Your kids will love spending a week at the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts learning about science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM)! With everything from art projects to musical creations to science experiments to exercise their brains, kids of all ages and interests will be sure to have a ton of fun at this program! Openings in the Nigra Arts Center Kids' Art Programs are very limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Programs will take place at the Nigra Arts Center?s facility at 2736 State Highway 30, Gloversville, NY. Important Kids' Art Program Information: ? All kids ages 5-12 are welcome to attend. ? Openings in the Nigra Arts Center Kids' Art Programs are very limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. ? All children must be signed in and signed out by a parent/guardian. ? There will be no refunds or exchanges for any of the programs unless the Nigra Arts Center cancels. ? Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Payment secures your child?s spot in the program. ? All programs will run daily from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Kids can be dropped off up to 15 minutes early or picked up 15 minutes late free of charge. Outside of the 15-minute grace period, we charge an additional $15 per 15 minutes need to pick up or drop off. Kids can be dropped off no earlier than 7:45 a.m. and picked up no later than 5 p.m. If you are dropping your kids off early or picking them up late, please call (518) 661-9932 to let us know in advance so we can schedule staffing. ? Members receive a 20% discount. Don't forget to enter the promotional code in the registration window.
Clay Gnomes Workshop with Brenda Dwyer, Instructor at Paul Nigra
Get creative and craft your own whimsical gnome figurines in this fun and beginner-friendly polymer clay workshop! In this hands-on class, you?ll learn the basics of working with polymer clay, including conditioning, shaping, texturing and baking. Step-by-step instruction will guide you through sculpting charming gnome characters?complete with hats, beards and plenty of personality. *Members receive a 20% discount. Get ready for a scandalous good time! 🎉 Join us for ''Scandal & Spirits,'' a brand new event series kicking off on Friday, July 18th! Our very own bartender and local historian, Audrey Egelston, will share dramatic tales from Amsterdam's past, paired with themed craft cocktails. 🥃📚 Imagine a storytelling happy hour that brings history to life! You'll hear captivating stories, sip on unique drinks, and maybe even share your own ''Barstool Confessions'' for a chance to win a cocktail or merch!
