Homemade Salad Dressings with Fresh Herbs with Jenn Magrey, Instructor at Paul Nigra Center
Fresh veggies will be on our tables in no time with summer?s bounty just around the corner. In this fun class, we will make a variety of salad dressings for all your green and pasta salads. Students will learn how to make classic vinaigrette, buttermilk ranch, ginger Asian vinaigrette and variations of all three. In the end, we will taste all our creations with mixed greens, veggies and a simple pasta salad. Variety is the spice of life! All participants will also bring samples of each dressing home to share with family and friends. *Members receive a 20% discount.
