Paint a Plaid Pumpkin with Heather Mattioni, Instructor at Paul Nigra Center

Combine classic fall plaids with rustic pumpkin art! Students will learn how to paint and design plaid patterns with acrylic paints, then use their designs to paint directly onto pumpkins. This project teaches pattern repetition, color coordination and composition while bringing a modern twist to traditional autumn art. It’s a fun, festive way to experiment with pattern and texture!
