Kids' Mom & Me Mother's Day Yoga with Courtney Wood at Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts

Join Courtney Wood for a Mom & Me Mother's Day yoga class! This session will consist of:

-Mom & Me themed yoga practice

-A mindfulness story

-A self growth and/or coloring activity (age appropriate choices will be given)

-A take home snack

This class is open to children 3 and up and their mothers.
