Kids Holiday Yoga with Courtney Wood, Yoga Instructor at Paul Nigra Center

Join Courtney Wood to celebrate the winter holidays with a kid yoga class! This session will consist of:

-Christmas-themed yoga practice

-A mindfulness story

-A self-growth and/or coloring activity (age appropriate choices will be given)

-A take home snack

This class is open to children 3 and up.
