Haunted History Walking Tour with Johnstown Historical Society

Join the Johnstown Historical Society on a walk through Johnstown where we will show you the sites and scenes of murder, mayhem, and mystery and hear the tales of said happenings. Perhaps even bear witness to supernatural phenomena that has been known to occur on some of these sites!
Take a rest at James Burk's Inn for refreshments and learn about the tavern and it's known hauntings.

This tour is $15 per person plus processing fees and requires advanced ticket purchase for a specific tour time. Tickets may be purchased online only through our Eventbrite link once ticket sales have launched on September 1st. Tickets are not refundable. You may not change your tour time once tickets have been purchased. If you are unable to attend after having purchased your tickets your purchase will be considered a donation to the Johnstown Historical Society. You are however welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else who can attend in your absence. No walk on tickets will be sold the day of the event.

Please note that all ticket holders will be required to walk long distances up and down hills. Those who have electric mobility devices are welcome to join us if it is capable of outdoor sidewalk and street travel although users may not be able to bring it into the tavern as it is a 1790s building and not accessible. This tour is NOT suitable for small children. Older, mature children and teens welcome with adult supervision. Please keep in mind some of our stories can be gruesome. Use your best discretion.
