We’re looking for a dependable, safety-driven Off-Road Haul Truck Driver to operate 30–45-ton articulated haul trucks on an active construction site. If you take pride in running equipment efficiently, staying sharp on safety, and keeping production moving — this is your seat.
This is steady work with strong hours and competitive pay for experienced operators who want to be part of a crew that gets it done.
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely load, haul, and dump material on designated haul roads
  • Operate 30–45-ton articulated haul trucks with precision and control
  • Complete daily pre- and post-shift inspections
  • Identify and report mechanical or safety concerns immediately
  • Follow site traffic patterns and safety protocols
  • Maintain required documentation
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience operating heavy equipment or off-road haul trucks (preferred)
  • Strong situational awareness and commitment to job site safety
  • Clear communication and ability to follow direction
  • Team mindset — you understand your role in keeping production moving
What You Need
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Comfortable climbing in and out of equipment throughout the shift
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, nights, and weekends as needed
  • Commitment to company and project safety standards
